  • Study their best ads (longest running/most spent) -Look for the commonalities & gaps -Buy their products & compare them to yours. (Bonus: analyze their backend)

Reverse engineer & model what works.

Find your edge & execute better.

Have killer offers

You can have the best ads in the world… But if your offer sucks, who would buy it?

So…

  • Constantly test new offers -Analyze those that do well -Optimize them based on analysis -Test new/different ways to sell them -Double down on what’s working

Understand your market (pains, fears, wants, etc.)

  • Gather relevant information about your market -Learn how they think, speak, and behave -Find patterns/commonalities/redundancies -Build an accurate customer avatar profile -Create ads and LPs based on what you find

High-converting funnels

Faster loading speed Optimized for mobile Not complex / straightforward Seamless checkout process Straightforward CTAs Clear and consistent messaging Addresses lack of trust/credibility (social proof, contact info, etc.)

Proper testing systems

Knowing HOW to test is as important as knowing WHAT to test.

But knowing both is useless if you don’t know what data to look for and how to interpret that data.
